From the classroom to the microphone.
Danielle Griffiths spent more than a decade teaching history to teenagers in California's Central Valley, where the hardest question in the room was never about dates. It was always why. Why do the same mistakes repeat? Why does the news feel the way it does? Why do families, towns and whole countries inherit habits nobody chose?
Those questions followed her out of the classroom. With mindset coach Brooke Benevento she started The Missing Peace, a weekly podcast that takes one question each episode and asks it from two directions: hers, the historian looking for the pattern, and Brooke's, the coach looking for the way out. Season one ran 31 episodes. Her short videos on history, politics and how things actually work have reached around 262,000 views.
Today she splits her time between the studio, a growing list of speaking and debate invitations, and her work as a licensed agent with the Miliare Group, helping families plan for the long run. The thread through all of it is the same: look at the record, name the pattern, and give people a clearer view of what comes next.
Nothing in the news is new. That is the good news, because it means someone has already found the way through.
